Before construction even begins, there’s a lot of work that needs to be done. We’re extremely well-versed in project bids, securing & refining floor plans, identifying building materials, obtaining building permits, and working with your specific needs to make the new construction process as seamless as possible. We have longstanding relationships with the East End’s leading architects and brokers, and will work alongside them to expedite whatever it is you want to build.
